RadView supports extensive collection system with many advanced features. Collection codes may be defined by the user, and attached to one or more collection events which may be scheduled to automatically occur upon a user defined schedule. Collection events include the sending of one or more reminders, collection notices or demand letters, and escalating of the collection status code. Collection reports allow you to quickly assess collection accounts and all collection activity throughout the system. In addition to the collection reports, most other reports throughout the system may be run based on the collection code, allowing you to further analyze collection accounts using the extensive reporting tools built into RadView.
